2. Localness: Our Underwriters are DE approved so we can make decisions right here in our office, instead of sending the package off to the Investor to underwrite;

3. Regulation Control: HMG provides RESPA compliance updates, insuring and annual FHA compliance for audited Financial Statements;

4. Warehouse Lines: We are partnered with several Warehouse Lenders and have plenty of capacity for new Branches;

5. Investors: Complete array of products with all top investors;

6. Systems: Our company equips you with access to our Loan Origination System, Calyx Point, as well as our Pricing Engine, which will calculate the best price for your client.
